Italian squad reaches outstanding milestone

PREMA Racing turns 40

Reaching a memorable milestone, PREMA Racing is celebrating its 40 years of history this year. Founded in 1983, PREMA Racing has become a leading force in junior single-seaters. With the drive of its founder, Angelo Rosin becoming a pillar for all its members, the team has always been pushing for absolute excellence. Not only PREMA entered a wide variety of racing championships, from Formula 2 to Formula 4, but also excelled in all of them.

The PREMA Racing alumni feature F1 stars including Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, Lance Stroll, Oscar Piastri, Logan Sargeant, Guan Yu Zhou, Robert Shwartzman, Antonio Giovinazzi, Jacques Villeneuve, Kamui Kobayashi, Dindo Capello and many more, with an outstanding roll of honour. In addition, PREMA has a history of high-profile partnerships, from multinational companies to automakers and F1 teams. The list includes Honda, Toyota, Renault and Alpine, Mercedes, Scuderia Ferrari, Red Bull Racing, McLaren and high-profile international partners.

The latest additions to the family were PREMA Engineering, offering third-party operational, technical and engineering support for a wide range of potential motorsports programmes and a brand-new karting team, partnering with Kart Republic with the goal of creating the tools, connections, and opportunities to bridge the gap between karting and car racing.

With more in store to come, the team is still pushing and looking forward to a bright future.
